At Marithé + François Girbaud, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our avant-garde designs. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
